Initially, for I was on the Power Package with InMotion Hosting. After about 6 months, my website had become more popular and now I'm on the Vdedicated Package. The team was helpful in moving my site from the power package to the vps. They did a good job in aiding me to and there was very little downtime. Compared to my last host (bluehost) InMotion is much much better. Thank You!!!!!!From: Hong Kong

I've been a customer of InMotion Hosting for a few years now, and I am still in love! I found them after several bad experiences with other companies. My sites on InMotion have always been trouble-free - if I have had any downtime, I sure don't know about it. They answer the phone (for both sales and support - how rare is that?) AND their techs DO know what they are talking about. I've had them help me out with various add-ons over the years, and they always go the extra mile. I do not hesitate to refer my friends to them, because their customer service is superior, they are rock-solid AND their pricing is great. As a small business owner, I need reliable, hassle-free and affordable hosting; I just don't have the time or inclination to become a web expert myself. If you need a host you can

I originally had hosting with GoDaddy. I was with them for almost one month and I experienced so many problems that I never even activated my account. I then switched to InMotion. I was hoping that I didn't encounter the same problems that I previously had and I can tell you that none occurred. I was able to upload my website, point my domain and make any necessary changes without any problems. The edit software is superior and the screens are well layed out and helpful. The online videos pretty much tell you all you need to know. The online chat is only a minute at most. Updating is quick. Can't say enough good things about them.From: New York

Wow!! Do I love InMotion!!.I am VERY happy with InMotion!! At my previous hosting service, I had a fairly major issue critical to my business for support to review. They took several days, informed me - first - I had the wrong package and -second - when I was put on the right package .. they didn't offer that type of media hosting - Quicktime!! I called inMotion on Saturday after I learned of this - about 3 PM - spoke to Matt and told him of my issue. He said no problem! By 5 PM, I was signed up. By 8 PM I was on my new FTP server. Then, when I needed supports help getting the site builder installed, Erik S. got it up in literally no time - mere minutes! Very impressive given my experience last week with "Brand X." InMotion might push my "programming" ability to the limit - I have little e

Our business has been hosted with inmotionhosting.com for several years now. It's fairly headache free, works well and our site is up. We don't call the tech support too much, but when we do, they do a good job. Recently we called to help us configure our blackberry's and the guy that I talked to was very helpful. My suggestion is to give them a shot. We came from yahoo web hosting (who I suggest you stay away from) and are happily hosted for several years.From: USA
