Internet explorer started losing their market share while Google chrome surges in popularity day by day. From my google analytics report, I found out that the number of users of Google chrome had exceeded the number of users of Internet explorer on January 2010. The share for Firefox declined but still remain high. Browser Trend For Three Months November 2009 December 2009 January 2010 Recent announcement by Google that they will stop supporting Internet Explorer 6 from the first of March 2010 is probably the main reason for the fall of Internet explorer share. Just noticed Google Buzz on my gmail page... I was amazed and was wondering what that could be. I clicked on the text GOOGLE BUZZ on the menu situated on the left. "Huh? Another twitter like social networking tools?!" I said to myself... Majority of the people are now sticking with twitter... It would be hard (or may not be!) for some part of the 27.3 million twitter users (based on 2009 data) to shift to or using simultaneoulsy the new and twitter alternative "Google Buzz". Twitter users who are busy promoting their business, products, websites with hundreds or thousands of followers will definitely not want to start again with this new social networking tools on gmail. "Who gonna start again to gain new followers and following new people'? However, the new way of communicating and sharing with friends and family in gmail without email possibly be of interest to users. Depending on your choice you can summaries your RSS feed. If you want your site to be visited then you can make your feed to show the post in summary. An example would be like below: Summarizing your RSS content will also make your subscribers to receive the updates in short as shown below: Depending on your choice you decide whether to shorten the feed or not. And if you want to do a favor to your fellow subscribers then you decide not to compact to feed.
